Leafy Patch Baby Spinach has soft deep green leaves with a pleasant and mild flavour. Known as the “super green”, it has flat, spade-shaped leaves that are soft and tender in texture and are packed with antioxidants.
Baby Spinach can be used in any recipe calling for spinach. Because the stems are so tender, there is no need to remove them.
