  • 1 x 100g packet Leafy Patch Watercress
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons freshly chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
  • Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 300g smoked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 sticks celery, sliced
  • ΒΌ cup walnuts

Watercress, Smoked Chicken, Apple and Walnut Salad

  1. Mix mayonnaise, chives, vinegar and mustard together and season to taste.
  2. Pick through Leafy Patch Watercress removing any large stems and arrange on a serving platter.
  3. Scatter with chicken, apple, celery, walnuts and drizzle with dressing.
